Remember that there are many different resources designed to help you succeed in being an effective Resident Assistant. Some of those include people who can answer questions and provide guidance, as well as campus resources to assist you in dealing with resident issues and planning programs. In addition, helpful Resident Assistant websites can help you plan icebreakers, bulletins boards, plus educational and social programs.
