Master Gardener Plant Info to Go Booth Opens at Indiana State Fair

Purdue Extension Master Gardener Program exhibit featuring educational displays, banners, brochures, and information tables inside an event venue.

John Orick, Karen Mitchell, and Pam Fisher helped set up the Purdue Extension Master Gardener Plant Info to Go Booth in the Purdue Extension Building at the Indiana State Fair on August 5. The booth officially opened when the fair began on August 7 and will welcome visitors through August 23 (closed Mondays).

Fairgoers are encouraged to stop by to meet Purdue Extension Master Gardener volunteers, learn more about the Purdue Extension Master Gardener program, get answers to gardening questions, take the House ID Plant Quiz, and explore other Purdue Extension exhibits throughout the building. The booth offers a fun and educational opportunity to connect with Purdue Extension and discover resources for gardeners of all experience levels.
