I believe that the video has the reaction forces switched on the diagram. It should start at 9wd/4 on the shear force diagram and go down to the 7wd/4 force on the right.
That is correct, he definitely has it flipped on the diagram. These videos have mistakes often.
The V(x) diagram should start at 90 and drops to 10 if you plug in the number.
