Do I consider the type of connection at point A and B as a roller? if yes, would the reaction force of the roller at B be the same as the force F?
The reaction force at B is not going to be the same as force F, however the reaction force B will be pointing towards B in relation to the given angle theta.
Are the connections at both A and B assumed to be pin connectors? Like, am I free to assume that they are free to rotate and thus don't have a reaction moment?
I believe that you should assume they are rollers. For point A you would only consider the reaction force in the x direction and for point B the reaction force is a vector in the direction of A that will need to be split into the x and y component using the known angle theta.
