Please provide the following information to infosessions@purdue.edu.
Please make sure to state if you do NOT want your event listed publicly on the University Calendar. Sessions are listed on the calendar by default, unless otherwise stated.
Be advised that information sessions scheduled less than four weeks out are subject to a $50 rush fee.
Once we have the above information from you, we will reserve a space for your session and send a confirmation back to you.
Companies often want to know how to publicize their information session. Would you like your information session placed on the University Calendar and available to the public? If yes, please include your website information and a flyer (if you have one) in an email to your CCO contact.
The Center for Career Opportunities (CCO) is a great resource for creating visibility on campus. Information Sessions sponsored by the Center for Career Opportunities (CCO) will be posted to students online on the myCCO calendar, the student's version of NACElink. Please remember that companies are responsible for publicizing their information sessions. Your CCO Employer coordinator will be able to advise you. If you are unsure who your company's coordinator is, check the link here - https://www.cco.purdue.edu/employers.
You could also reach out to the various colleges, schools, or student organizations. Here is a link providing department contacts and student organization information - https://www.cco.purdue.edu/Employers/contactinfo?tab=Agriculture. The various colleges are listed under "Contact Info" on the left side of the page. Click on the appropriate college to see a list of contacts in each department.

If you are interested in ordering catering for your session, that can be ordered from any of the University Approved caterers found here: https://www.dining.purdue.edu/AboutUs/ApprovedCaterers.html
After your room has been secured, you will receive additional information from Purdue Conferences about how to submit payment. Payments can be made with a credit card or check. Please do not send any credit card information via email. You will receive a secure link to pay online when the time comes.
There are no refunds for cancellations.
