President's Forum set for Tuesday

Faculty and staff are invited to attend a President's Forum from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. Tuesday, March 10, in the East and West Faculty Lounges at Purdue Memorial Union. Craig Svensson, dean of the College of Pharmacy, Nursing and Health Sciences, will present an overview of the School of Pharmacy Strategic Plan; and John Contreni, the Justin S. Morrill Dean of Liberal Arts, will present "The New College of Liberal Arts."

Literary Reading Series features 'A Map of the World' author

Jane Hamilton
The Purdue University Literary Reading Series on March 26 will feature a reading with fiction writer Jane Hamilton.

The reading is 7:30 p.m. in Matthews Hall Auditorium, Room 210. Hamilton also will talk about the writing process at 10:30 a.m. on March 27 in the Hicks Undergraduate Library Bookstall. Both events, which are free and open to the public, are sponsored by the Department of English and the Creative Writing Program. More

Nrityagram Ensemble to showcase Indian dance traditions

Blending the classical dance forms of India with contemporary dance concepts, the Nrityagram Dance Ensemble will perform at Purdue Stewart Center's Loeb Playhouse at 8 p.m. March 27. More
