Until August 7, summertime fees and eligibility remain as follows:

FEES:

All student registered full time for summer semester will not be charged an office visit fee.

All students not enrolled full time during the summer semester will be charged a fee for services.

Students who are covered by the Student Resources Insurance plan (and not enrolled full time) will pay a copay during this time period.

We will, of course, continue to bill insurance at your request, and you do not have to pay at the time of service.

 ELIGIBILITY:

You are eligible to be seen for services during the summer semester if:

•You are enrolled full time during the summer semester

•You were enrolled full time during the Spring Semester

•You are a continuing student enrolled full time for the Fall Semester

•You are covered by a Student Resources Insurance plan on the day of service

 Beginning August 8 and ending on August 21, eligibility will remain the same as above. However, since classes are not in session for this 2 week period, everyone will be charged an office visit fee.

 Beginning August 22, we will return to regular eligibility and students who are enrolled full time will not be charged an office visit.
