The class Safety for Mechanical Work provides a comprehensive overview of the safety hazards associated with working on any mechanical system, including the possibility for falls, fires, electrocution, or crushing injuries when entering a machine. Many machines require machine guards because the operator works in close proximity with the point of operation and moving components.
