Purdue survey of students, faculty and staff to gauge campus demand for COVID-19 vaccine, distribution site

Purdue students, faculty and staff affiliated with the West Lafayette campus are asked to participate in a formal survey in connection with Purdue’s plan to host a COVID-19 vaccination site. The survey, conducted by the Purdue COVID-19 Vaccine Allocation Task Force, will help gauge demand for and perceptions of the vaccine among the campus community.
