Faculty and Staff NewsNew OIRAE Briefing highlights findings in biennial undergraduate surveyEvery two years, Purdue administers the Student Experience in the Research University (SERU) survey to undergraduates to measure their thoughts on topics such as academic engagement, personal development, campus climate and more. As Purdue prepares to do the survey again this spring, the latest OIRAE Briefing highlights select results from 2014. A public forum on the topic will be held 10-11 a.m. Tuesday (Feb. 9) in Stewart Center, Room 278. Did You Know?: PMU stained glass windowPurdue Memorial Union is home to many Purdue traditions and memorials, including a stained glass window, located at the southwest entrance, dedicated to the memory of James H. Smart, president of Purdue from 1883 to 1900. It was donated in 1940 by Alice Earl Stuart, wife of Charles B. Stuart, who was Board of Trustees president during Smart's tenure.
