Purdue volunteers honored the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. by helping local community agencies during the MLK Day of Service on Monday (Jan. 18). A photo gallery of the day's activities is here.

Purdue will continue its 2016 MLK celebration, "The Fierce Urgency of Now," with the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Commemorative Address by Freeman A. Hrabowski III, president of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, at 7 p.m. today (Jan. 19) in Stewart Center's Loeb Playhouse.
