Information sessions in April to focus on learning management system Canvas

Learning management system (LMS) Canvas will be the focus of six information sessions ITaP is hosting in April. Each session will feature a faculty member participating in an ongoing pilot of Canvas, a potential Blackboard alternative. Faculty and staff who attend can ask questions and provide feedback about their LMS preferences.

Thumbs Up: Luke Versprille

Since 2010, Purdue Today has invited faculty and staff to recognize the good work of others through its weekly "Thumbs Up" feature. Purdue Today periodically will publish an expanded version of this popular feature in an effort to further call attention to employees' excellent work. The expanded series today features Luke Versprille, associate director of facilities and operations at the France A. Córdova Recreational Sports Center.
