When Tim McCall of Indianapolis began researching the Edmund Fitzgerald for his "What a Disaster" history project in the eighth grade, all he hoped for was an A. McCall, a Purdue Ph.D. student studying social psychology, not only received an A on the website he created for the project but also became known as an expert on the subject. Read more...

A time lapse video of the Purdue men's basketball team's thrilling 63-62 victory over Penn State on Wednesday night is available here. More than 10,000 photographs were taken with six different cameras throughout the course of the evening, and around 5,000 of those images were used to create the video. Read more...
