FEATURED NEWS FOR EMPLOYEES

Benefit confirmation statements contain incorrect date

Due to a system error, 2009 benefit confirmation statements indicate that the benefits outlined in the statement are effective through 12/31/2008. The benefits are actually effective through 12/31/2009. The "Print date" shown in the upper right hand corner of the statement, just below the Purdue logo, accurately reflects when the benefits in the statement become effective. This date shows 01/01/2009. The system problem cannot be addressed at this time, so reprinting corrected statements is not an option. Staff Benefits requests that faculty and staff note this correction for themselves.
