The Imagining a Sustainable Future Initiative presents, Fridays for a Sustainable Future: Decarbonizing Purdue. To avoid the worst consequences of global climate change, the International Energy Agency projects that developed countries must reduce greenhouse gas emissions 80% from 2022 levels by 2035. The panel will discuss the roles that universities can play and the responsibilities that they have in decarbonization efforts, focusing on Purdue as a case study.
