Description

The Water Challenges Research Community is hosting a seminar discussing, "What are digital twins and how can they be used"? The panelists for this seminar include Nate Hartman, Purdue Polytechnic Dauch Family Professor of Advanced Manufacturing, who uses digital twin in manufacturing. Hany Abdel-Khalik, Purdue Professor of Nuclear Engineering, who uses digital twin in security of nuclear power plants. Finally, Bedrich Benes, Purdue Professor of Computer Science, who uses digital twin modeling 3-D tree root development. Lunch will be provided.
