Janet McCabe - Professor of Practice at the Indiana University McKinney School of Law and Assistant Director for Policy and Implementation at IU’s Environmental Resilience Institute

Over the past year, the Administration has taken numerous steps to delay or roll back climate and other public health programs at EPA and other agencies.  A new Administration has many tools it can use to effect its policy agenda.  This talk will discuss the various approaches the new Administration is using to delay or roll back environmental programs, especially at EPA, the status and likely future steps for the EPA’s major climate rules such as the Clean Power Plan and the clean car rules, and how stakeholders are responding.
