Description: Analysis and design of digital electronic circuits. Resistor logic; diode logic; direct coupled transistor logic; resistor-transistor logic (RTL); diode-transistor logic (ETL); transistor-transistor logic (TTL); emitter coupled logic (ECL). The bistable, monostable, and astable multivibrators. The Schmidt trigger. Introduction to MOS devices. Introduction to negative resistance switching devices and circuits.
