Short Title: Therm Hydr Meas&Instru
Description: Measurement techniques in fluid flow, heat transfer, and multi-phase flow. The principle and practice of measurement of temperature, flow, level, pressure, and void fraction (in two-phase flow systems) as applied to nuclear reactor systems. Instrument error and measurement errors, and data acquisition system using PC. Hands-on experience in the laboratory with special instruments (LDA, gamma densitometer, and conductivity probe.)
