Description: A continuation of Quantitative Methods II. Introduction to the theory of decomposition methods for solving linear and nonlinear optimization problems. Introduction to nonlinear modeling and optimization, duality and optimality conditions. Focus is on applications and interpretation of the theory to management problems. Prerequisite: MGMT 67100, Doctoral student standing and Management majors only.
