Description: A detailed examination of contemporary leadership issues and their application to the military leadership situation. Course examines the concepts of motivation, discipline, ethics, conflict, and power, including writings of McGregor, Maslow, Feidler, et al. More than half of the course will be devoted to leadership exercises and role-playing. Leadership laboratory consists of practical experience in leadership concepts, principles and fundamentals.
