Description: A legal analysis of the administrative process and regulatory agencies as they influence business decisions. Included will be a discussion of (1) concepts of the regulatory process from legal, economic, and social aspects; (2) administrative agencies and regulatory process; (3) legal and social implications of consumerism movement; and (4) impact of antitrust legislation on business decisions and conduct.
