Topics will be: translocation (Housley), photosynthesis (Dilley), stress physiology (Bressan), cell and tissue culture (Hasegawa), phenolics (Nicholson), plant cell enlargement (Carpita), gene expression in plants (Goldsbrough), seed and bud dormancy (Weller), nitrogen fixation, and nitrogen metabolism (Rhodes). Prerequisite: BIOL 55100. |
