Short Title: Path Skeletal Muscle
Description: The variety of disease processes producing alterations in the skeletal muscle of domestic and laboratory animals will be discussed and illustrated. The histologic, ultrastructural, and histochemical features of normal skeletal muscle will be followed by discussions of the congenital, genetic, nutritional, metabolic, toxicologic, and infectious diseases of skeletal muscle with illustrations of the gross, histopathologic, histochemical, and ultrastructural alterations.
