Description: This course orients the student to planned approaches to adaptation and change in organizations. It is based upon applied behavioral science research and concepts which address themselves to "real life" change problems; models of the change-process, change strategies, the change agent, the critical study of organizational change efforts. This course will aid the student in understanding the dynamics of organizational behavior.
