The course is composed of two essential elements: 'knowing' and 'doing'. The 'knowing' involves the strategic concepts, techniques, and models applicable to strategic and functional management to help students make intelligent choices among the options available to the organization and its competitors. The student will learn these through assigned readings and discussions. The 'doing' involves active participation in a total enterprise strategic management simulation.
