Description: A broad overview of aspects of financial decision making in U.S. financial institutions and markets within the existing economic and regulatory environment. The basic goal is to provide the serious student a careful and in-depth insight to the workings of developed (private) financial markets, as well as an understanding of the regulatory and institutional factors that shape these institutions and markets. Not open to students with credit in MGMT 412. Prerequisite: MGMT 61000.
