Description: A survey of the principles used by successful organizations in implementing Total Quality Management. Included are methods used to demonstrate the need for TQM and to involve top management. Principles of participative management and of continuous improvement will be included. Examples of specific programs in several successful organizations will be examined. Not open to students with credit in MGMT 333.
