Description: This two-semester sequence extensively surveys the various areas of industrial/organizational psychology. The first semester surveys those topics generally classified as dealing with industrial psychology (e.g., selection, placement, training, performance appraisal), and the second semester surveys organizational psychology topics (e.g., job satisfaction, motivation, leadership, decision making, role making). Course provides a critical and up-to-date review of recent and classical research in these areas. Prerequisite: Any undergraduate Statistics course and any undergradate Social Science Research Methods course.
