Description: Fundamentals of profit analysis, financial planning, and management control for small business. Topics covered include evaluation of product policies, marketing and pricing strategies, organization structure and control mechanisms. Included also are investment requirements of operating a business and alternative ways of financing, including bank loans, mortgage financing, venture capital and public stock offering. Sensitivity tests, simulation studies, and microcomputer applications also are included. Independent term paper included.
