Description: Use intense situational leadership challenges to prepare for the ROTC Leader Development Assessment Course, build awareness and skills in leading small units. Skills in decision-making, persuading, and motivating team members when "under fire" are explored, evaluated and developed. Leadership labs, physical training and a weekend field training exercise are mandatory course requirement.
