Description: This course focuses on work methods design. Fundamental problem solving techniques and Lean methodology are applied to solve work methods issues and design proper work systems. Work methods tools are used to conduct macro and micro system analysis and various work measurement techniques are learned including time study, predetermined time systems, work sampling and computer based standard time data.
