Short Title: Leadership And Ethics
Description: Continues methodology of MIL G301. Learn to analyze tasks, prepare written or oral guidance for team members to accomplish tasks, delegate tasks, and supervise accomplishment of tasks. Develop ability to plan for and adapt to the unexpected in organizations under stress, examine and apply lessons from leadership case studies, and examine the importance of ethical decision making in setting a positive climate that enhances team performance. Students taking this course must attend Advanced Course Leadership Lab, which meets for one two-hour session each week and one weekend exercise during the semester. Two more weekend exercises will be offered for optional participation.
