Short Title: Officership
Description: Continues methodology of MIL G401. Learn to identify and resolve ethical dilemmas, refine counseling and motivating techniques, and examine aspects of tradition and law as they relate to leading as an officer in the Army. Prepare for a future as a successful Army lieutenant. Students taking this course must attend Advanced Course Leadership Laboratory, which meets for one two-hour session each week and one weekend exercise during the semester. One or two more weekend exercises may be offered for optional participation.
