Description: Student-led discussion and debate of current issues facing animal industries to include environmental impact, food safety, animal care and well-being, ethics, use of biotechnology, world food supply, and international agricultural trade issues. Experiences from internships, research problems, study abroad, or job shadowing will be shared among the students. Course meets during weeks 1-8.
