Description: The course is designed to give the student an opportunity to analyze the basic constitutional framework within which law and education must function. Examines role of courts in determining educational policy. Student is led to make a critical examination of the constitutional basis justifying court decisions. Attention is given to the impact of court decisions on educational policy, utilizing a case study method.
