Description: This course deals primarily with concepts of leadership and ethics in Navy and Marine Corps afloat and ashore. Case studies are extensively used to hone ethical decision making skills. Particular emphasis is placed upon the Human Resource Management System in the Navy to include an understanding of drugs and alcohol abuse, intercultural affairs, and minority affairs.
