Short Title: Intro Health Sciences
Description: This course will present an overview of the fields in both the preventive, Public Health, as well as the clinical, Private Health, sides of the Allied Health Science Professions as it presents the holistic nature of health maintenance. Students will have the opportunity to hear from health professionals practicing in the allied health and preprofessional concentrations as well as from School of Health Sciences faculty in their areas of expertise in the fields of industrial hygiene, ergonomics, radiological sciences, toxicology and environmental health science.
