Experiential Entrepreneurship Education in Hospitality and Tourism Management (HTM) to Benefit Minority Owned Businesses in Service Industries

Project Overview

Development of a new two-course capstone experience for HTM students and students
working toward the Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Students will work to support
identified minority business owners in meeting their goals for growth and development through
experiential consulting projects.
