WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - Purdue University President Mitch Daniels will join executives from Gallup and Lumina Foundation on Tuesday (May 6) as results are presented from the initial Gallup-Purdue Index National Report, a comprehensive, nationally representative study of college graduates with Internet access living in the United States.

The event, scheduled for 11:15 a.m. Eastern time at Gallup headquarters in Washington, D.C., will be webcast. The final report will be available at this link, which will become active at 3 a.m. Eastern time Tuesday (May 6).

Speakers will include Daniels; Jim Clifton, chairman and CEO of Gallup; Jamie Merisotis, president and CEO of Lumina Foundation; Brandon Busteed, executive director of Gallup education; and John Pryor, senior research scientist with Gallup higher education.

The survey, measuring the most important outcomes of higher education - great jobs and great lives - is a study of 30,000 U.S. college graduates.

Results of the national report will be available from Gallup on May 6. Purdue will launch a survey of its own alumni in early summer.
