Company launches new software program to help firms boost sales and marketing

April 11, 2013

INDIANAPOLIS – NitroMojo LLC has launched a new software program that helps firms boost sales and marketing by streamlining voice of the customer and sales channel integration to improve customer relationship management and improve sales outcomes.

The Indianapolis-based business specializes in customer relationship management, or CRM, through a software service program that provides integrated marketing solutions for manufacturers who sell through distributors, dealers, retailers and other sales channels.

Debbie Pierce, president of NitroMojo, said the firm's Web-enabled 2.0 software program includes programming that allows marketing departments to post electronic materials such as updated pricing lists, videos, brochures and photographs on an integrated program.

"Most companies maintain corporate information on a shared server where professionals can look for and find the information, sales materials or a client list as they prepare to make a sales call," Pierce said. "With NitroMojo 2.0 the information is already integrated in the company's electronic network so everyone is pulling from the same program. This means they are getting the most current price, customer and merchandise lists they need to do their jobs in a more efficient manner."

Most currently available software service programs are "shell" or empty systems that require companies to pay for customization features and then incorporate the features into their marketing network.

"It's like buying a house with no walls or flooring because the companies typically must spend an additional $500,000 to $1 million on customer management programs to build out the program," Pierce said. "The NitroMojo program comes ready to implement and incorporates the sales channel management and voice of the customer into the customer relationship management program so all that needs to be done is to configure company-specific positioning."

The NitroMojo integrated customer service management program includes the ability to:

* Track sales leads through various market segments and sales channels.

* Lead nurturing to move potential clients through the sales process and maintain interest.

* Have prewritten emails and other company communication so a company's messaging is consistent.

* Measure the ROI of any sales or marketing campaigns based on incremental revenue generated.

"The program increases efficiency and reduces the need for information technology resources so a company can focus on their customer base," Pierce said. "At the end of the day, that can mean the difference between the success or failure for a company."

NitroMojo is located in the Purdue Research Park of Indianapolis.
