Yield: 4 servings
- 1 ripe cantaloupe
- Assorted fresh fruits like:
- apple wedges
- banana slices
- berries in season
- pineapple chunks
(Note: canned fruit cocktail can also be substituted for the assorted fresh fruit)
- Halve the cantaloupe and remove seeds.
- Scoop out some of the flesh and cut up.
- Fill cavities with assorted fruits.
- Poke drinking straws or Popsicle sticks through sides of the cantaloupe to look like oars.
- Drizzle plain or vanilla yogurt over top.
