Roast Beef


  • 3 lbs Beef Roast
  • Flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic Powder (optional)


  1. Put Meat in pan and rub with flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Place in hot oven, around 500°F and brown the meat. When browned, reduce to about 350°F.
  3. Cook for about 45 minutes to one hour.
  4. Be sure to baste frequently with the natural juices in the pan.
