Serving Size: 1/2 cup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 1/2 cups orange juice
- In a saucepan, combine the sugar and cornstarch. Blend the eggs and add the orange juice.
- Cook over low heat, until smooth and thickened. Do not let the custard boil or it will become curded.
- Portion into dessert dishes. Chill immediately.
