Fruity Homemade Oatmeal
Yield: Serves 2
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 2 Tbsp raisins
- 1 cored and chopped apple
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Remove the skin and core from the apple. Chop into small pieces.
- Put the water in the saucepan and bring the water to a boil on medium heat.
- Stir in the oatmeal, raisins, chopped apple, and cinnamon.
- Turn heat to low and cook for 5 minutes, stirring often.
