Checking your training completion compliance
- The system does NOT send expiration notifications for Program Staff training, unless the individual is listed on a current event, and it expires during the event.
- The system tracks training only for those involved in current events/programs. If someone completed training two years ago and no longer participates in a youth program, the system would not require them to renew their training.
- Those who are interested in checking on their training expiration date can complete the following steps.
- Step 1: Log in to Purdue University Protection of Minors Portal (ideal-logic.com)
- Step 2: Click on “View All Requirements” under “Your Compliance”
Note about required text for programs open to the public and not registered with Purdue Youth Protection:
- If a program is open to the general public, targets adults, or targets family units, it will not be registered with Youth Protection.
- For these types of programs, include this statement at registration or on promotional materials: “Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.”
Purdue EMG’s are to contact their EMG County Coordinator to ask questions about this training.
