Rachel Clark is a Board Certified Sports Dietitian. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and in Nutrition, Fitness and Health from Purdue University, where she also competed in rowing as a student-athlete. She earned a Master’s degree in Exercise and Sports Nutrition from Texas Woman’s University. From 2001 to 2014, she developed the Sports Nutrition program at Purdue from a 10-hour-a-week consultant position to a program with two full-time Sports RDs, 30 undergraduate volunteers, two Fueling Stations and a six-figure budget. Presently, she is a Continuing Lecturer at Purdue University in the Department of Nutrition Science. In her academic role, she directs the undergraduate major in Nutrition, Fitness and Health and teaches several courses: Nutrition Counseling, Practicum in Nutrition, Fitness and Health, and Rookie/Continuing Experience in Sports Nutrition.
