Research Projects

Ongoing or recent research projects include an evaluation of genetic load in Montezuma quail, assessment of population structure in both gray whales and lesser prairie chickens, subspecies status in massassauga rattlesnakes, population genomics of the White Sands pupfish, and estimation of predator density using environmental DNA. Most of the research occurs at the intersection of population genomics and conservation biology. Please contact Andrew directly for up-to-date information.
