Purdue Engagement fellows programs: call for applications

Accepting applications for the Scholarship of Engagement, Service-Learning, and Societal Impact fellows programs via the Office of Engagement.


Societal Impacts Fellows
The Societal Impact Fellows Program focuses on integrating societal impact in grant submissions and enhancing societal impact. Twelve Purdue faculty and staff members from the West Lafayette campus will be chosen to participate in the semester-long program. Among other benefits, the selected participants will receive a $1,000 stipend. Deadline to apply is end of business May 5

Service-Learning Fellows
The Service-Learning Fellows Program is a semester-long, cohort-based program designed to foster the development and institutionalization of service-learning courses and curricula, projects, and scholarly pursuits at Purdue. The program is open to faculty (including non-tenure track), lecturers, staff, and graduate student instructors from the West Lafayette, Purdue Northwest, Purdue Fort Wayne, and Purdue Global campuses. Selected participants have the opportunity to receive up to $2,000 per project. Deadline to apply is 5:00 p.m. April 7.

Scholarship of Engagement Fellows
The Scholarship of Engagement Fellows Program facilitates the development of the scholarship of engagement among faculty throughout the Purdue system in support of the promotion and/or tenure process. Twelve faculty members at the rank of assistant or associate professor from the West Lafayette, Purdue Northwest, and Purdue Fort Wayne campuses will be chosen. Chosen fellows will receive a $1,500 stipend. Deadline to apply is end of business May 5.
