Biomass Calculator is an extension of the Forest Inventory 2000 application. Forest Inventory 2000 was originally developed by Terence E. Hanley and Don Carlson, Indiana Department of Natural Resources, Division of Forestry, from a program by Dr. John W. Moser, Jr., Purdue University, Department of Forestry and Natural Resources (May 2000). The extension to estimate biomass and carbon content according to U.S.D.A. FIA procedures was developed by Justin Arseneault, Purdue University, Department of Forestry and Natural Resources (May 2014). Project was sponsored by SunGrant Initiative.
